Viva Las Vegas

Well, well, well

Soooo much has happened since I last wrote, where was I...? Oh yeah...
I left San Diego for The Grand Canyon & then Las Vegas, taking in Hoover Damn along the way. I have to admit the Canyon was awesome. It was a beautiful, hot day for us, so we were lucky as we had been advised to take jackets, but we didn't really need them.
Las Vegas was 'interesting', not so much for the place, but for the people. Once again I managed to stay in the worst area in town... AVOID FREEMONT!!!
Even the police warned me not to venture out on my own as 'they didn't wanna be scraping me off the pavemnet'.
This probably worked in the favour of the hostel that I was staying at as it bought everyone closer together resulting in lots of 'team' activities, like hitting 'The Strip' in a giant pink hummer limo, hostel BBQ's and trips to the flicks... (went to watch 'Casino Royal'... well we were in Vegas).
Met soooo many people there, missing them now that I am in San Francisco, have planned to meet some of them along the next part of my journey.
One of the hightlights of Vegas has gotta have been driving out into the middle of the dessert in Clays convertible and wathing the meteor shower... Thanx Clay, that was an awesome experience!

Catch ya later crazy kidz...

Shout out to the guys at the Freemont Ghetto... Have a great Thanxgiving, hope your not missing me too much

xx
